Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership (TNP) provides an emergency home repair program to help owner-occupied households of Trumbull County. Typical home repairs include furnace replacements, hot water tank replacements, electrical or plumbing repairs, roof repair or replacements, steps/railings construction, and bathroom accessibility modifications. The emergency home repair program applicants must meet certain income eligibility requirements.

Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership (TNP), in partnership with the City of Warren and the Trumbull County Commissioners, provides an emergency home repair program to assist owner-occupied households that are located in Trumbull County.

Typical home repairs include furnace repair/replacements, hot water tank repair/replacements, electrical or plumbing repairs, roof repair/replacements, steps/railings construction, bathroom accessibility modifications, and wheelchair ramps. Eligible repairs are restricted to those necessary for improving the health, safety, and well-being of the household. Emergency home repair program applicants must meet certain income eligibility requirements and the repairs are at no cost to the homeowner.

How Do I Qualify for Home
Repair Assistance?

→ Be the owner and occupant of the home and;

The property must be located within Trumbull County and;

Meet one of the following household income requirements:

Inside of a Qualified Census Tract (QCT) and have a household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Outside of a Qualified Census Tract (QCT) and have a household income at or below 65% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Home must be in sound structural condition for requested work to be performed.
