Trumbull County Land Bank
The mission of the TCLRC is to return land and vacant abandoned properties to productive use, reduce blight, increase property values, support community land use goals, and improve the quality of life for all county residents.
Garden Resources of Warren (GROW)
TNP’s Garden Resources of Warren (GROW) Program is an urban agriculture program that works to address the identified food desert areas of Warren by providing technical support, leadership development, and educational programming for Warren’s community gardens and manages the Warren Farmer’s Market.
Building a Better Warren (BABW)
TNP’s Building a Better Warren (BABW) program connects the need for resident-driven community revitalization with job creation, putting residents to work in full-time, year-round jobs doing the work of blight remediation.
Court-Ordered Community Service (COCS)
The Court-Ordered Community Service Program (COCS) is a client placement program for individuals who have been assigned to community service as a sentencing alternative, term of judicial probation or in lieu of fines and court costs.
Public Art
TNP acts as a facilitator for local volunteer projects that help improve Warren neighborhoods. Recent projects have included playground painting, house painting, neighborhood clean ups, and vacant property boardups.
Neighborhood Revitalization (HUD)
Assisting communities in fostering reform and reducing barriers to achieving affordable, economically vital, and sustainable communities.
